This week on Mad Mondays:
THE LIEBSTER AWARD TAG THINGY!!!!!!
Trumpet fanfare! To check out Hyperlinkzer's blog where he tagged/nominated me, click on the embedded link.
All right, let's go through the steps. Basically, an Award is like a tag, so this shouldn't be too complicated.
1. Post link back to blogger who tagged/nominated me. Already did that, go check out Hyper; leaving a link is a nice way to help out other blogs with extra pageviews and, hopefully, members.
2. Answer the ten questions I have been given. Hyperlinkzer's questions will be answered shortly. Hang tight.
3. Nominate ten others and create ten questions-to-be-asked-for-them-to-answer. I don't know very many blogs, but I'll try.
4. Inform said nominated others. I probably won't do ten. Maybe two or three.
#1: If you could visit any of the Seven Wonders of the World, ancient or modern, which would you choose and why?
The Colossus of Rhodes would be my pick. I'd like to see it, and then I'd like to watch it topple in the earthquake that ended its glorious 56-year stand. It straddled a whole bay! How cool is that?
#2: Would you rather swim in a pool full of lobsters or with a single pirhana? Explain your answer.
Depends on depth, and how full of lobsters the pool would be. If the pool is over five feet, and there are only enough lobsters to crawl one layer on the bottom, then the lobsters would be my choice. However, if the lobsters are piled on top of each other and/or the pool is shallow, I'd take my chances with a pirhana.
#3: A plate with a food you've never tried is sitting in front of you. It looks delicious. You are about to dig in, but suddenly a genie appears holding a plate of your very favorite food. He says you may choose one, but if your choice is your favorite food, you will never again have the chance to try the new food. What do you do?
I choose neither food. Genies cannot be trusted, and both foods turn out to be poisoned anyway.
#4: The baddest bad guy you can think of is coming to your house. Your reaction?
Run away! Unicorns are evil!
#5: Would you rather the clouds be made of cotton candy or marshmallows?
Cotton candy, because when it melts, there will be sweet rain.
#6: If you had an Iron Man suit, what would you do with it?
I would upgrade it so that it feeds me nachos automatically.
#7: An oven crashes through your roof and smashes a bowl of snacks you were just about to eat? What do you do?
I try to find out how the oven crashed the roof. Then, when I've figured it out, I put on my Iron Man suit and let it feed me nachos. Problem solved.
#8: Would you rather be able to jump really high or be really strong?
I'd rather jump really high.
#9: What do you think about Cheez-its?
I think Cheez-its are the key to time travel.
#10: You are skydiving. Suddenly, a pegasus flies past you. You're about to switch on your rocket boots and chase it, when a flying pig flies past you, going the other direction. You can only catch one. Which do you go after?
The flying pig, of course. Pigs are magical. Plus they are bacon. Yum. They are magical creatures of bacon!

P.S. Liebster means "dearest" in German. Hahahahahahahahaha, I'm Hyperlinkzer's favorite! Not really. Well, I don't know. Anyway, means "dearest." So yep.
Now, for the nominations!
Uh, don't know anybody to nominate. Everyone I know is nominated, just about. Hmmm...
Well, anyone who wants to answer yet another 10 questions, here you go:
1. What is your favorite book you have read in the last three months?
2. What is your favorite movie you have watched in the last three months?
3. What or who did the ancient Egyptians worship?
4. What would you do if you had five acres of untouched fields at your disposal and an unlimited supply of money with which you could improve it?
5. Have you read Ender's Game? Do you plan to watch the movie?
6. Who is your favorite historical figure of all time?
7. Do you believe in Abraham Lincoln?
8. Have you ever written any horror fiction?
9. Do you own a giraffe?
10. What is your favorite word?
